Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera,
Berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Julai 2022, Google akan melaksanakan pakej langganan Google Workspace berbayar untuk UTM dan ia bukan lagi pakej percuma. Had kapasiti storan Google baharu akan dikenakan untuk setiap pengguna: Staf – 30GB dan Pelajar – 6GB.
Oleh itu, semua pengguna dikehendaki melakukan pengemasan(housekeeping) emel, fail dan foto dalam storan Google masing-masing bagi memastikan ia memenuhi di bawah had storan yang diberikan.PENTING!! Jika akaun masih melebihi had storan, saudara tidak boleh menghantar atau menerima sebarang emel baharu.Dilampirkan bersama langkah-langkah tentang “How to delete bulk emails in Gmail all at once” dan “Housekeeping Google Storage Staff”.

UPDATE ON CURRENT UTM’s GOOGLE ACCOUNT
Effective from 1st July 2022, Google will implement a paid Google Workspace subscription package for UTM and it will no longer be a free package. A new Google storage capacity limit will be imposed for each user: Staff – 30GB and Student – 6GB.Therefore, all users are required to perform housekeeping for your emails, files and photos in your Google storage to ensure that it meets below the given storage limit.IMPORTANT !! If your account still exceeds its storage limit, you cannot send or receive any new emails.
