Dimaklumkan bahawa makmal di bawah Jabatan Kejuruteraan Bioperubatan & Sains Kesihatan (JKBSK),
UTM akan ditutup operasi buat sementara waktu bermula 21 April 2023 (Jumaat) sehingga 1 Mei 2023 (Isnin)
sempena cuti Aidilfitri dan cuti umum Hari Pekerja.
Makmal akan dibuka semula pada 2 Mei 2023.
Sekiranya terdapat pelajar yang ingin menggunakan makmal semasa penutupan sementara ini,
penyelia hendaklah menghantar e-mel permohonan bersama-sama dengan borang OT ke mohdnazmi@utm.my sebelum/pada 18 April 2023
kepada saya untuk pertimbangan selanjutnya. Sebarang permohonan selepas tarikh tersebut tidak akan dipertimbangkan.
Pelajar juga mesti mematuhi SOP semasa berada di makmal dan peka terhadap segala risiko dan bahaya
semasa bekerja di makmal. Penyelia perlu memastikan pelajar tersebut mempunyai rakan semasa
dalam makmal.
Sebarang isu keselamatan dan kesihatan pelajar semasa tarikh OT pelajar
adalah di bawah tanggungjawab penuh penyelia pelajar.

Please note that the operation of the laboratory under the Department of Biomedical Engineering & Health Sciences (JKBSK), UTM
will be temporarily closed from April 21st, 2023 (Friday) until May 1st, 2023 (Monday) in conjunction with the Aidilfitri holiday and the Labor Day
The laboratory will reopen on 2nd May 2023.If there are students who wish to use the laboratory during this closure,
the supervisor shall email the application together with the OT form to me at mohdnazmi@utm.my before/on 18 April 2023
for further consideration. Any application after that date will not be considered .
Students must also comply with the SOP while in the laboratory and be aware of all risks and hazards
while working in the laboratory. The supervisor needs to ensure that the student has a buddy while
in the laboratory.
Any safety and health issues of the student during the student’s OT date
are under the full responsibility of the student supervisor.
