You are eligible to applyif you are:
- Student in 1st until 3rd Semester in Session 2019/2020-1
- Malaysian
- Enroll in Doctoral programme in UTM (ExcludePesisir @& Special Programme)
- Not under any employment or receiving any from of Financial aid from other sources.
- 35 years old and below
- Priority will be given to applicant with minimum RM5,000.00 and below household income.
