School of Electrical Engineering (SKE) is committed to be a world-class center of excellence and a leader in teaching and learning in electrical engineering. All the undergraduate programs offered at the School of Electrical Engineering are accredited and recognized by the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). In addition, graduates from the Bachelor of Engineering programs may apply to register with BEM as graduate engineers.
The Electrical Engineering Capstone Showcase 2021 (EECS 2021) is a platform for SKE final year undergraduate students to showcase their final product to the public. The Capstone Project is a compulsory course that all undergraduate students must complete as a requirement prior to the conferment of an undergraduate degree. Each team is required to solve a community or industry-based problem under an assigned theme. Each group is assigned under the supervision of academic staff. With the involvement from the industrial panels, it is hoped that these students will receive valuable comments from stakeholders and be a catalyst for further collaboration between the industries and the University.
On behalf of the SKE and staff, I wish to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to the sponsors, the invited panels, the exhibitors, the lecturers, and the students for their contributions to make this EECS 2021 a success. To all our students, I wish you success in your academic journey. We hope that the Capstone Project you have undertaken has made your undergraduate experience at SKE deeply rewarding and enriching. Finally, to the EECS 2021 organizing committee members and secretariats, I would like to thank you for your hard work and commitment to make this event possible and a success.
