NURUL MU’AZZAH ABDUL LATIFF received her first B.Eng. degree in Electrical-Telecommunication from UTM in 2002. She then received MSc in Comm. and Signal Processing and PhD in Comm. Eng. from Newcastle University, UK in 2003 and 2008, respectively. She is an active senior member of IEEE, and a member of IEEE COMSOC/VTS Society, besides being a certified Chartered Engineer from the IET and professional engineer from Board of Engineers Malaysia. Her research interest includes wireless sensor networks, mobile ad hoc networks, cognitive radio, internet of things and artificial intelligence.

NIK NOORDINI NIK ABDUL MALIK received her B.Eng in Electrical – Telecommunication from Univ. Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in 2003. After that, she worked as a Radio Frequency RnD Electrical Engineer in Motorola Technology Ptd. in Penang, Malaysia. She received her MEng in Radio Frequency and Microwave Communication from University of Queensland, Australia (UQ) in 2005. She completed her PhD in Electrical Engineering with UTM in 2013. Her research interests include wireless sensor network, distributed beamforming, and meta-heuristic algorithms. Currently, she is a senior lecturer at Faculty of Electrical Engineering, UTM, and member of IEEE.

SHARIFAH HAFIZAH SYED ARIFFIN received her B.Eng (Hons) from London, in 1997, and obtained her MEE and Ph.D in 2001 and 2006 from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, and Queen Mary, University of London, London respectively. Her current research interests are on Internet of Things, Ubiquitous computing and smart devices, Wireless sensor networks, IPV6, Handoff Management, Network and Mobile Computing System. She had published 116 papers, 17 copyrights, 1 integrated circuit, and 1 trademark.

MUHAMMAD ARIFF BAHARUDIN completed his B.Eng. in Electrical-Mechatronics with UTM in 2008, before pursuing for his M.Eng in Electrical Engineering at the same university. He then received his M.Eng in Mobile Communication from Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT), Japan, in 2011. He continued his PhD at SIT and completed in 2016. He is currently a senior lecturer at UTM Johor Bahru, Malaysia. His research interests are related to mobile computing, mobility management in heterogeneous network, network communications protocol, wireless sensor network, smart grid, biosensor networks and the Internet of Everything (IoE).

SHARIFAH KAMILAH SYED YUSOF received her BSc (cum laude) in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University, USA in 1988 and obtained her PhD and MEE in 1994 and 2006 respectively from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. She is currently as Associate Professor with the School of Electrical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Malaysia. Her research interests include OFDMA based system, software defined radio and cognitive radio.

RASHIDAH ARSAT received her Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronic from Universiti Sains Malaysia, in 2000. Prior to joining UTM, she worked as an engineer in various companies. She completed her MSc in Digital Communication Systems from Loughborough University, United Kingdom in 2004. In 2009, she received her PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering from RMIT Melbourne, Australia. She is an IEEE member and a certified Chartered Engineer with the IET. In addition, she is also a permanent member of working group IEC TC-49 Piezoelectric, dielectric and electrostatic devices under Standards Malaysia. Her research interests include surface acoustic wave, sensors and nanomaterial.

KAMALUDIN MOHAMAD YUSOF is currently an Academic Manager for SPACE, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He received his Diploma, Bachelor Degree and Master Degree from UTM, and completed his PhD with Univ. of Essex, United Kingdom. His research interests include signal propagation, ranging estimation, localisation, wireless sensor network, cognitive radio, frequency scanning, Software-Defined Radio, Software-Defined Network, Internet-of-Things, crowd Sourcing and data mining. He also has a professional certificate of Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator from CHFI-EC Council.
DR NURZAL EFFIYANA GHAZALI

NURZAL EFFIYANA GHAZALI is currently the Director at the Center for Engineering Education (CEE). She received her Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from UTM in 2007. She received two Master of Engineering which is from Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT) and UTM in 2010 and 2011, respectively. She received Ph. D from UTM in 2016. Her current research interest is Mobility Management, Vehicular Communication, Handover Management, Environment Effect of Electromagnetic Field and Engineering Education.
