Welcome to

Advanced Power System Laboratory

Advanced Power System Laboratory in under the division of Electrical Power Engineering. It provides facilities for students and visitors in the area of power system operation. Students performs experiments related to the operation of a power system using test equipments that represents the power system. In addition, power system software such as ETAP and PowerWorld, and many other software are available for simulation and research purposes. This lab currently supervised by Assoc. Prof. Ir. Dr. Saifulnizam bin Abd Khalid as the Lab Academic Coordinator.

An Assistance Engineer has been positioned to ensure the smoothness of the labâ’s operations. This website provides a brief information required by the students. This website hopefully can guide the students in preparing their experiments and getting the useful information.
