Paper submission 

Article submission to this conference is divided into two stages:

1. Submission for conference level

All submissions must submit in two separate files:

• Abstract –click here for ABSTRACT TEMPLATE
• Full article – click here for FULL ARTICLE TEMPLATE

Submission of Full Article to this conference level proceeds online through Easy Chair. The article must be in Word format.

Revision Manuscript for Conference Level
Revised manuscripts should be submitted as a single file in EasyChair. 

2. Submission for journal level *New Updates on Journal Submission Guidelines*

1. Scopus Journal Publication

Authors must prepare their articles to fulfil the quality requirements of Scopus journal between 4-8 pages. After reviewing the conference article and received the revision version, the conference committee will suggest to Authors to submit to the following journal using the template below:

Please refer to the Author Guideline in the respective Journal for revised manuscripts submission requirement.

2. Non-indexed Journal Publication

Any articles that did not meet the quality as required by the Scopus journal will be suggested by the conference committee to be submitted for non-indexed publication as follows. The article should between 4-5 pages only.

• Jurnal Mekanikal – https://jurnalmekanikal.utm.my/index.php/jurnalmekanikal
• Journal of Industrial and Modern Machining – https://journal.scientiaca.org/index.php/jimm with double column format

Authors must strictly adhere to the suggestion of the journal given by the conference committee. Please take note that the submission of the journal will be used the journal platform which can be found at the website of the specified journal.

Online Submission

Step 1 :

Please go to www.easychair.com/imeditec2021 or click the link below.

Step 2 :

Please select “author”

Step 3 :

Fill all the the author’s information

Step 4 :

Fill in all the required fields i.e. Title, Abstract and Keywords

Step 5 :

Choose relevant topics for your manuscript and upload your manuscript
**Please not that, the manuscript file should be in WORD file (format extension .doc)

Step 6 :

• Click “Submit” to submit your manuscript
