Oral Presentation Guidelines
Slide Preparation tips:
- We recommend presenter to limit their slide between 7 to 12 slides.
- All presenter should keep the slide simple. We suggest the presentation slide should consist of:
- Introduction
- Methodology
- Results & Discussion
- Conclusion
- Information included must be concise and brief.
- We suggest all presenters to avoid sound effects and excessive slide transition.
- It is suggested for presenters to use common fonts (e.g. Arial, Times New Roman, Calibri) to avoid any further problems related to fonts.
- Please ensure all the figures can be seen clearly and labelled clearly.
During Conference & Presentation:
- All presenters will be notified of their session date and time, few weeks before the conference.
- Conference organizer will provide the link to online conference platform for oral presentation.
- Each presenter will be given 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for question and answer session. The session chair will stop the presentation when the presentation exceeds 15 minutes.
- Please wear respectful attire.
