All presenters, both physical and online, are required to present their papers on the conference days, September 9-10, 2024. Failure to present by any author will result in the paper being classified as a “no-show” under the IEEE No Show policy and will lead to the paper NOT being published in IEEE Xplore.

Presentation Format:

• Oral Presentation: Each presenter will have a maximum of 10 minutes for their presentation, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A.
• Presentation Slides: Accepted formats for slides are PowerPoint and PDF. Please use the provided presentation template below.

Physical Presentation (September 9, 2024):

• Session Setup: Each room will be equipped with an LCD display and a microphone. A dedicated presentation laptop will be available—personal laptops are not permitted.
• Slide Upload: Presenters should bring their slides on a USB drive and upload them to the provided laptop at least 15 minutes before the session starts.

Online Presentation:

• Platform: Webex links will be provided to all online presenters in advance.
• Camera Requirement: Online presenters must turn on their cameras during their oral presentations.
