Flow of Submission

• Participants are required to submit their Poster based on Poster (format) template provided together with 5 minutes pre-recorded video which has been uploaded in Youtube no later than 5th June 2022 Closed. 

POSTER SUBMISSION OPEN 5th June 2022 Closed. POSTER SUBMISSION AND PAYMENT DEADLINE –5th June 2022 Closed. 

Submission is by Google Form ( Link (Temporary Disable) )

Shortlisted participants will be contacted by the Programme Committee via email to attend the Q&A sessions with the Jury on 29th – 30th June 2022
