Poster Submission<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Authors have two options either :<\/p>\n

i. Poster ONLY<\/em><\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

Poster submission should be made via email during registration in JPEG or PDF format only.<\/p>\n

ii. Poster and non-indexed publication<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If authors are opted to submit both poster and non-indexed publication, the three<\/strong>\u00a0(3)<\/strong> separate files are required for the submission:<\/p>\n

  1. Poster \u2013 <\/strong>please refer instruction in (i) above.<\/li>\n
  2. Abstract \u2013 <\/strong>click here for ABSTRACT TEMPLATE<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Full article \u2013 <\/strong>click here for FULL ARTICLE TEMPLATE<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Provide a short bibliography for each author with the author\u2019s picture in both poster and abstract template. The article must be in word document format. Author may refer to paper submission guideline for non-indexed journal publication HERE<\/a><\/p>\n

    For poster submission, we do not limit participant to follow the template provided, but participant should follow the guidelines for the poster:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. The poster size must be in A1 size (594mm x 841mm).<\/li>\n
    2. All poster must be arranged in PORTRAIT<\/strong> orientation.<\/li>\n
    3. All posters must have iMEDiTEC2021 logo at the top of poster<\/li>\n
    4. Title, Authors and Affiliations must be placed beneath logo header.<\/li>\n
    5. Main body should consist of :\n
        \n
      1. Abstract<\/strong><\/li>\n
      2. Novelty (If Any)<\/strong><\/li>\n
      3. Introduction <\/strong><\/li>\n
      4. Methods<\/strong><\/li>\n
      5. Results & Discussion <\/strong><\/li>\n
      6. Conclusion<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      7. All posters must be in PDF or JPEG<\/strong> format.<\/li>\n
      8. Present the information submitted clearly and simply in a visually appealing way.<\/li>\n
      9. You may include figures, tables, graphs and\/or photographs.<\/li>\n
      10. Keep the text brief and to the point.<\/li>\n
      11. Avoid using abbreviations, acronyms and\/or jargon in your poster.<\/li>\n
      12. Make sure the font size and color is consistent throughout the poster.<\/li>\n
      13. Submission for poster should be made via email during registration.
