Online Submission Guidelines

In order for your paper to be published in the conference proceedings, it is imperative that you follow these instructions:

• Each submission must strictly follow the Extended Abstract Template – IMEDITEC2017
• The language of the conference is English.
• Please use the following submission template:

For online submission :

Step 1 :

Please create a new account on the Conference Management Service (CMT) by clicking the “Create Account” or via Registration on the menu.

Step 2 :

Once the account has been created, please select IMEDITEC2017 to proceed

Step 3 :

Now, you can access the paper submission interface to submit your manuscript by selecting the appropriate scientific track

Step 4 :

Fill in all the required fields ie Title, Abstract, Authors’ Information and upload your file in pdf or doc format

Step 5 :

Click ‘Submit’ button to submit your details and your manuscript

Step 6 :

Please fill in other required information until you reach to the Submission summary page

Authors will need to register and pay the fees following the instructions posted in Registration page on our website. Otherwise the paper will not be included in the conference proceeding.

All accepted extended abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceeding. For selected papers (after review) which will be published in the Scopus indexed journals, authors need to upload their full manuscript in the same platform.
