Presentation Slides<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;][et_pb_column _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221; text_font=&#8221;Albert Sans||||||||&#8221; text_font_size=&#8221;20px&#8221; text_text_color=&#8221;#000000&#8243; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Presenters are required to prepare their presentation slides using the <strong>PowerPoint template<\/strong> provided at <a href=\"https:\/\/t.ly\/j9_fG\">https:\/\/t.ly\/j9_fG<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>It is recommended to limit your presentation to <strong>7-12 slides<\/strong> only with <strong>aspect ratio of 16:9<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>The presentation slides should be simple, attractive and easily readable while information included must be brief and concise.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Presentation slides must consist of: <\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Introduction<\/span><\/strong><span>, including research questions and objectives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Methodology<\/span><\/strong><span> or Study Design<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Results and Discussion<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Conclusion<\/span><\/strong><span>, including contribution to the field<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>References and citations<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span>All information i.e. title of paper, author\u2019s name, affiliation and photograph of presenter must appear on the first slide of your presentation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Presenters should avoid the use of sound effects and excessive slide transitions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Figures and tables must be clear and have high resolution. Question &amp; Answer Session<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221; text_font=&#8221;Albert Sans||||||||&#8221; text_font_size=&#8221;20px&#8221; text_text_color=&#8221;#000000&#8243; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; custom_padding=&#8221;0px|||||&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Question and answer (Q&amp;A) session will be conducted following the playback of the recorded video presentation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Presenters must be present (online) during both the presentation and the Q&amp;A sessions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>It is compulsory for presenters to turn on their camera during the Q&amp;A session.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Presenters should be dressed appropriately.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Presenters must be in their allocated parallel session (Webex platform) 5-10 minutes prior to the session. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Presenters should ensure that they are in the correct parallel session by referring to the virtual directory that will be provided by the secretariat before the day of the conference.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Each presenter is allocated a maximum of 20 minutes in total, 10 minutes for their recorded video presentation and another 10 minutes for Q&amp;A session.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>The session will be stopped by the session chair at 20 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Should any circumstances or issues arise, please do not hesitate to notify the conference committee by email to <a href=\"mailto:icbmehs@utm.my\">icbmehs@utm.my<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Video Presentation GuidelinesA.
