*Student authors with multiple accepted papers must register one of the papers as full registration and the others as student registration.
Registration
Participants attending the conference must complete an online registration form at https://bit.ly/ECE2025_registration. Please review the information provided below before completing the online registration form. Should you require any assistance please contact the conference secretariat at ece2025@fke.utm.my.
Notice to Participant (Authors)
- Payment can only be made after the paper submission is accepted.
- All accepted papers must be processed through PDFExpress to generate the camera-ready version.
- There is no refund for cancellation.
- Please choose the appropriate category before making payment and fill in the recipient remarks as

Receipt issuance will be addressed to the Name of Paying Author & Paper ID.
- Please kindly proceed with registration through the link provided and upload a copy of the payment slip/proof (save/scanned in PDF).
- Payment without registration is not valid.
- If using the e-commerce method, please attach the transaction receipt with the paying author’s name on the receipt, which will be auto-generated by the UTM e-commerce system.
Payment Methods
Payments should be made to the following account and must reach the conference secretariat by 30 June 2025 for early bird registration and 14 July 2025 for normal registration.
