Visa applications can be submitted at your nearest Malaysian Embassy or High Commission abroad. Alternatively, online applications are available through the eVISA Portal for tourists, expatriates, students, and medical tourists from 10 specific countries (People&#8217;s Republic of China, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Bhutan, Serbia, and Montenegro). Schedule an appointment<\/strong> To submit your visa application, some Malaysian embassies require online appointments, while others allow walk-in applications. It is advisable to check the website of the respective Malaysian embassy or consulate in your country for their specific procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Pay the visa fee<\/strong> A non-refundable visa processing fee is required when submitting your application. The fee varies depending on your nationality, so verify the current rates beforehand. Payment methods may include cash, bank draft, or online payment, depending on the embassy\u2019s rules. Always keep your receipt as proof of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Wait for processing<\/strong> Visa processing times can vary, so it is important to apply well in advance of your conference travel dates. Processing usually takes 3 to 7 working days, but it may take longer depending on your nationality and the volume of applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Collect your visa<\/strong> Once your visa is approved, you can collect it from the Malaysian embassy or consulate. Verify all the details on the visa to ensure accuracy before leaving the premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Additional considerations:<\/strong> If you plan to travel with family members, ensure they apply for the appropriate visas and fulfill all required documentation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Visa Support Letter:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>For security purposes, the ATNT 2026 organizing committee has established the following policy for issuing official Visa Support Letters:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visa Support Letters will only be issued after you have successfully registered and paid for the conference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visa Support Letters can only be issued to registered attendees. Unfortunately, we cannot issue them for guests of attendees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visa Support Letters will be issued via email in PDF format.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To request a Visa Support Letter, please contact the Conference Secretariat at <strong>atnt@fke.utm.my<\/strong>. You must include the following details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your name (exactly as it appears on your passport)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your Date of Birth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your Passport Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passport Date of Issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passport Date of Expiry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are an author of an accepted paper or poster, please provide the title.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note: Obtaining a Visa Support Letter from ATNT 2026 does not guarantee that your visa application will be approved.
