PLEASE NOTE:<\/strong> To be published in the IEEE ATNT 2026 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore\u00ae, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE ATNT 2026 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore\u00ae as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Camera Ready Submission<\/strong><\/summary>\n

The following information is provided to help you with the preparation and submission of the final camera ready paper before it can be published in IEEE ATNT 2026  symposium proceedings.

In order for your paper to be successfully included in IEEE ATNT 2026 symposium proceedings, it is required that you strictly follow the following instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1.<\/strong> Your final paper has to follow the Full Paper Template<\/a>. The length of final paper should be no more than 4 pages in A4 size, including figures, tables and references.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2.<\/strong> Your final paper must be converted to PDF format using https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\/account\/login<\/a> using 70190X as the conference ID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3.<\/strong> Upon conversion, please upload the PDF file using  this link https:\/\/edas.info\/newPaper.php?c=34576<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4.<\/strong> You are also required to sign and complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Transfer Form (eCF). To do so, choose \u2018My Papers\u2019 tab in EDAS system and click the \u2018Copyright\u2019 column of your paper. Please note that failure to follow the above instructions may result in your paper to be excluded from the symposium proceeding.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Initial Submission Guidelines<\/strong>:<\/summary>\n

Paper submission process will be managed by EDAS: https:\/\/edas.info\/newPaper.php?c=34576<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Papers should be a maximum of four (4) pages including figures, tables, references and appendices. Use the standard IEEE Transactions templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats.(http:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences_events\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html<\/a>)<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Detailed instructions for accessing and using the PDF eXpress site are:<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Access the IEEE PDF eXpress site at https:\/\/www.pdf-express.org\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

First-time users:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click \u201cNew Users \u2013 Click Here\u201d. Enter 70190X <\/strong>for the Conference ID, your email address, and choose a new password. Continue to enter information as prompted. Check that the contact information is still valid, and click \u201cSubmit\u201d. You will receive online and email confirmation of successful account setup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Previous users, but using it for the first time for a new conference:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter 70190X <\/strong>for the Conference ID, your email address, and enter the password you used for your old account. When you click \u201cLogin\u201d, you\u2019ll receive an error saying you need to set up an account. Simply click \u201cContinue\u201d. By entering your previously used email address and password combination, you will enable your old account for access to this new conference. Check that the contact information is still valid, and click \u201cSubmit\u201d. You will receive online and email confirmation of successful account setup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returning users:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter 70190X<\/strong> for the Conference ID, email address and password. For each conference paper, click \u201cCreate New Title\u201d. Enter identifying text for paper (title is recommended but not required). Click \u201cSubmit PDF  for  Checking\u201d  or \u201cSubmit Source Files for Conversion\u201d. Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click Browse and navigate to file, and click \u201cUpload File\u201d. You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload. You will receive an email with your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached. If you submitted a PDF for Checking, the email will show if your file passed or failed.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

If the PDF submitted fails the PDF check:<\/strong><\/summary>\n

a. Submit your source file for conversion by clicking Try Again, the Submit Source Files for Conversion, or
b. Read the PDF Check report, then click \u201cThe PDF Check Report\u201d in the sidebar to get information on possible solutions, or
c. \u201cRequest Technical Help\u201d through your account.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

If you are not satisfied with the IEEE PDF eXpress-Plus-converted PDF:<\/strong><\/summary>\n

a. Resubmit your source file with corrections (Try Again, then Submit Source Files for Conversion), or
b. Submit a PDF by clicking Try Again, then Submit PDF for Checking, or
c. \u201cRequest a Manual Conversion\u201d through your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the PDF submitted passed the PDF Check, or you are satisfied with your IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Submit your IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF to this IEEE ATNT 2026 conference website as you normally would through EDAS at https:\/\/edas.info\/newPaper.php?c=34576<\/a>. Unless you have problems with PDF conversions, ideally, you have used this service as a final check on your paper\u2019s compatibility with IEEE Xplore for publication.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
