Conference Fee

All participants to the conference are required to register and pay the registration fee.

Each additional page incurs a fee of USD 30 (MYR150.00) per page.

Author registration and payment must be made by 20 AUGUST 2026. The original manuscript can only be uploaded after registration payment is completed, the IEEE Copyright Form is submitted via EDAS, and a presenter for the paper is selected.
All registration covers ONE (1) presented paper.

The presenter of a paper must be an author of the paper.

EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION
All participants are eligible for discounted early bird registration fee if full payment is received by 31 JULY, 2026.

IEEE MEMBER DISCOUNT
IEEE members are eligible for a discount on the ATNT 2026 conference registration fees. Members are required to update their IEEE membership number in their EDAS profile before registering.
Members are also required to bring along their current IEEE membership card for verification at the conference.

CANCELLATION POLICY OF ATNT2024 REGISTRATION

1. Cancellations before 20th July 2026 will be subject to charge 20% of registration fee

2. Cancellations before 20th August 2026 will be subject to charge 50% of registration fee

3. No refund will be made for cancellations after 20th August 2026

4. No refund will be provided if the delegate is unable to attend the conference because a visa is not issued.

5. No refund will be provided if the delegate is unable to attend the conference because of travel delays or missed flights.

6. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

7. If the physical conference is unable to proceed due to the pandemic the event will proceed on-line. No refunds will be provided.

8. We suggest you have travel insurance to cover all eventualities including the change or format or cancelation of the conference.

• Payment must be made in US Dollar (USD) using credit card through EDAS system.
