On March 13, 2024, the Airost UTM from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (Universiti Teknologi Malaysia) embarked on an unforgettable visit to Mahidol University, Thailand, thanks to the UTM International Outbound Mobility Program. With 14 committee members from diverse engineering and science disciplines, our journey was filled with exploration, innovation, and warm exchanges.
From a scenic tram ride around Mahidol’s breathtaking campus to engaging sessions at the faculties of Engineering, ICT, and Science, we dove deep into the heart of academic excellence. Special thanks to Asst. Prof. Dr. Pattaraporn Posoknistakul, Lecture Dr. Pisit Praiwattana, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dakrong Pissuwan for enlightening us with their insights and showcasing groundbreaking projects as we went around different labs in the faculties.
This trip was not just about the exchange of knowledge but also about building bridges between cultures. Over delicious Thai cuisine and meaningful conversations, we fostered camaraderie and collaboration.
