On 26th May 2023, we as the UTM Airost Team had the privilege of visiting DF Automation and Robotics Sdn Bhd, a leading company in the field of automation and robotics. The visit was filled with insightful sessions and exciting product sharing by industry experts. 
The visit commenced with an inspiring opening speech by the Chairman, Dr. Yeong Che Fai, setting the tone for an engaging experience. The HR Department then provided valuable insights into internship opportunities within the company, highlighting the potential for professional growth and development.
The highlight of the visit was the product sharing session conducted by esteemed speakers. Mr. Tan Ping Hua, Co-founder & Technical Director, Mr. Nik Ahmad Faisal, General Manager of DFR, and Mr. Sofwan Zamri, Manager, captivated us with their expertise on various cutting-edge products. They introduced us to the remarkable ZALPHA Series, an Automatic Guided Vehicle 
, and NavWiz, a software application for Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) 
. Additionally, they showcased their latest innovation, the Titan Series Laser Guidance Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) 
, leaving us in awe of their technological advancements.
Furthermore, we had the opportunity to visit Insaix Innovation, co-founded by Mr. Goh Kai Woon. Insaix Innovation specializes in Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) solutions, focusing on machine monitoring systems, machine vision solutions, centralized digital dashboards, Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications, and Internet of Things (IoT) applications. This visit provided us with valuable insights into the innovative applications of AIoT in various industries. 
Lastly, we visited Techcare – Technology that Cares, co-founded by Dr. Khor Kang Xiang. Techcare Innovation impressed us with their smart rehabilitation and fitness devices aimed at improving people’s lives through exercise. Their commitment to leveraging technology for better health resonated with our team, leaving us inspired and motivated. 
The industrial visit to DF Automation and Robotics was a remarkable experience, providing us with firsthand knowledge of the latest advancements in automation, robotics, AIoT, and healthcare technology. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the company and its representatives for their warm hospitality and enriching sessions.
