On 27th and 28th April 2023, the UTM Airost Team successfully organized ROS Workshop in both physical and online modes! We would like to express our gratitude to all participants, both physical and virtual, for your support and enthusiasm throughout the workshop. We hope the knowledge and skills acquired will be useful in your ROS development.
Special shoutout to Dr. Jeffrey Tan Too Chuan for sharing your expertise and insights on Robot Operating Systems (ROS). The modules taught included System Setup, ROS Basics, Speech Synthesis, Speech Recognition, RGB-D Sensing, OpenCV Applications, SLAM Map Building, Autonomous Navigation, Application Development and Competition Development. We would definitely apply what we have learnt from you in developing more helpful service robots in future.
