On 6th April 2023 (Thursday), we had our First General Meeting in this new semester of term 2223/2. Below was the meeting agenda discussed during our meeting:
1. We started with a review of the previous meeting to ensure all the action items were followed up on.
2. Project updates were shared by each team member, and progress was reviewed.
3. Competition updates were discussed, and strategies were planned to improve our chances of winning.
4. We talked about an upcoming workshop and brainstormed ideas for it.
5. Each department presented its KPIs, and we reviewed our overall progress towards achieving our goals.
6. A brainstorming session was conducted to come up with new ideas for future projects.
7. We discussed the next steps to be taken and made adjustments to our plans accordingly.
8. Launch of the brand new UTM Airost Club T-shirts.
And the BEST part was we had a BONDING NIGHT together at Der Cabin Restaurant after the meeting. It was great to spend time together and strengthen the bonds between the junior and senior members.
