Another success goes to Airost again! 
A big congratulations to our member, Chiang Yong Jie who is also our Airost President for term 22/23 for winning the 1st RUNNER UP in NASA Space Apps Challenge Sarawak! Nothing is more proud than seeing the joyful smile on our members in achieving something BIG in their lives.
Space Apps Challenge is a 48 hours global hackathon event hosted by NASA to encourage local communities to collaborate, think carefully, and develop solutions to pressing issues. The open-source data from NASA is used annually by thousands of people in cities all around the world to find solutions to some of the most urgent problems on Earth and in space. These people can come from a variety of backgrounds, including those of technologists, scientists, designers, businesspeople, and artists, among others. This is also part of a coordinated event for the entire state of Sarawak, under the Ministry of Education, Innovation and Talent Development, Sarawak.
Once again, congratulations to Chiang Yong Jie for exhibiting your winning spirit to us. Thank you for letting us know that sky is only the limit if we have the will.
