Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Ahmad ‘Athif bin Mohd Faudzi<\/strong> is a leading expert in robotics and artificial intelligence at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. With a Doctor of Engineering in System Integration from Okayama University, Japan, Prof ‘Athif has significantly advanced research in field robotics, soft actuators, and tele-operated systems. As the former Director of UTM’s Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics (CAIRO), he has been instrumental in bridging academic research with industry applications, notably through the establishment of A2TECH Sdn Bhd, a UTM spin-off specializing in tele-operation robotics solutions. His contributions have been recognized nationally, including his induction as a Top Research Scientist Malaysia in 2020.<\/p>\n

Syed Zaini currently serves as Executive Director of Techcapital Resources (T-Robot) and holds leadership roles in national organizations such as MIFA, MyRAS, and NBAIC. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, he actively contributes to Malaysia\u2019s Industry 4.0 initiatives, including smart manufacturing standards, AI, and technical education. His dynamic involvement as a panel member, advisor, and juror reflects his commitment to advancing engineering innovation and talent development nationwide.<\/p>\n
