We promote researches in three basic fields, micro-nano control engineering, micro-nano measurement engineering, and micro-nano materials science and conduct an applied research encompassing all these basic research fields to attend to the needs of the advanced environmental, health and medical engineering.

We lead an innovative research field of micro-nano mechatronics and promote the collaborative researches between industry and our research group. Currently, we are working and collaborating with Institute for Medical Research in the area of health. We are also collaborating with Saliran Air Johor, in the area of environmental (water quality). We are devoted to create environmentally friendly materials and machines with novel functions and are committed to establish analysis and design technology for them by emphasizing the micro/nano world.

Our research group strongly emphasizes basic researches and applied researches in micro-nano mechatronics field. In order to be successful in the said field, below are the focus area:

Our research group conducts applied researches encompassing all these basic research fields to attend to the needs of the advanced technologies, such as environmental and medical engineering, and also promotes the innovative researches for micro-nano mechatronics.
